It was really a beautiful day ... and I really worked quite a bit over the weekend ...

So I decided to take the day off ... and go for a ride  .. so after lunch I head out to the Santa Monica mountains

Here I pull into Peter Straus Ranch ... to play with my camera  a little ....

But before I stop for that pic ... I got to thinking about my bike ... how much fun I have had with it

Thinking back to when I first got my bike ...  3 years ago this month ... looked like this coming off the truck

Then one of the first pics I took of the bike .... right above the LA - Ventura County line on PCH

Have come a long way since then ..... seen a lot of neat things .... only to wonder what's in the future.
